Sense LITE: Futures Board Application Leads to Budget to Pursue in 2023

Summary: The Futures Board is an application based board for anyone in Captify to apply for. There are 8 board seats from representatives across the global organizations that are selected based on a submission of a “big idea.” Applications were reviewed by Captify’s CEO and Board, and scored based on creativity/innovation, practicality of executing on the idea, impact to the company, and alignment to existing company goals.

This board meets with SEO and VC representative to propose new business ideas and come to decisions about key projects, and fundraising.

My application was a product proposal which solved a variety of current company issues and reposition our Search Intelligence SaaS (Sense) in order to develop new revenue streams and improve margins.

Role: Product Pitch, Potential Revenue Analysis, Process Design

Results: Not only was my application chosen among 38 applicants, but it was so well received across major stakeholders and the board that it received a budget to be pursued in 2023. You can see the application that won below
